Aviation history buffs, check this out! Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519) is widely considered to have been one of the most brilliant minds in history, with an impressive resume in the arts, literature, the sciences, engineering, and many other pursuits. This is a pre-painted kit of his amazing design for an "aerial screw"--although it's been proven that this aircraft would be too heavy and impractical to actually work, the seed of the idea for the modern helicopter can clearly be seen.
