This kit is for your largest lighting projects like the Polar Lights NX-01 in 1/350 and the Enterprise Refit in 1/350. This is a general purpose kit for lighting any large model. A reprint of "Light Enterprise NX-01" is included to give tips and techniques for lighting large models.
Madman Lighting cards are 100% compatible with LED Strip Lighting systems. LED Strip Lighting systems work with Madman Lighting cards the same as regular individual LEDs. Just solder a pair of wires to the LED strip light terminals, the same as if you were using a battery, and connect those wires to a pair of posts for LEDs on a Madman controller card. Power the whole thing with a higher voltage than the strip uses by itself, so a 9V strip would run on 12VDC with a Madman card.
